Physical Fitness Training – Army ROTC

KNSFHP 1155.01     (1 credit)

Prerequisites:

Must be enrolled in Army ROTC.  Repeatable for up to 9 credits

What you will learn:

  • Physical conditioning and endurance training

What to expect:

  • Meet 3 times a week for PT
  • Every semester there is a Leadership Training Exercise that puts to use everything Cadets learn throughout the semester

  • Improved muscular strength and endurance
  • Bones stay denser
  • Stronger core
  • Improved immune system
  • Physical preparedness for military needs
