Line Dancing

Let’s give a warm welcome to one of our newest courses in the Sports Fitness and Health Program: Line Dancing!  In this course, students learn step-by-step how to perform line dances for a number of songs like John Deere Green, Stuck Like Glue, and Ain’t Going Down. And don’t worry, no experience is required!Lect1 026.MOV_snapshot_02.01_[2016.03.01_14.50.35]

It’s a great course for students to learn rhythm and timing, body control, and how to interact with individuals of varied dance experience and personalities.  In addition, you will gain increased flexibility, improved endurance, and burn calories. This course is the perfect opportunity for students to unwind and have some fun during the semester.

So, rustle up some friends and mosey on down to KNSFHP 1152.07!
