Indoor Cycling

Description:

Indoor cycling boosts your muscle endurance and heart health using challenges of speed, strength, and stamina.  By the end of a class, students will have a steady stream of endorphins and will be motivated by a variety of music and video inspiration.

Pre-requisites:

  • None

Equipment (students must purchase for class):

  • None

What You Will Learn:

  • How to develop your leg muscles
  • Techniques and postures to work on correct muscle groups
  • You will gain an upper body rhythm that helps you develop a leg rhythm

What To Expect:

  • Multiple speeds, resistance and interval training
  • The music will be loud but it’s designed to get you focused and immersed into the exercise
  • Visual motivation along with the musical motivation
