Description:
Yoga Asanas (postures) at the intermediate level are introduced; continued development and practice of pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditative techniques; further exploration of yogic philosophy.
Prerequisites:
Credit for KNSFHP 1195.01 or EduPAES 1195.01
Equipment:
None required, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.

- Intermediate level of Hatha Yoga
- Continued development and practice of postures and skills learned in 1195.01
- Yogic philosophy
